What I've been buying, what I've already featured and what I'm loving in the summer sales! I'm a bit late with this post as the original plan was to make a sale haul video before I went on holiday, but of course my memory card broke meaning I couldn't film. I REALLY hate techy stuff. But, better late than never I thought I'd show you what I've bought and also whats on my wishlist because if money wasn't an object, I would have so much more!
The ultimate affordable holiday inspo... If you're coming from Instagram and know what this post is about, then all of my outfit links are down below. If you're coming from bloglovin or anywhere else, then I'll explain what the hell this post is about now.
So today I'll be flying to Portugal with my boyfriend for a weeks holiday and its safe to say, I can't wait! I obviously wanted to incorporate my holiday & new summer holiday clothes into my blog but I was unsure how. I thought why not put all of my outfit links into one post so anyone who wanted to shop my outfits easily, can. So this post at the moment will be giving you some links to the different clothes I'll be wearing on my holiday, you can have a browse now but if you want to see them in 'real life' and styled then follow my Instagram as I'll be posting my outfits all week, referring back to this post.
It's such a struggle to find an affordable, pretty bikini that actually fits right. Hopefully this post makes it easy for you to find that perfect bikini if, like me, you've been close to giving up and seriously considering wearing your bra around the pool. Not good.
I don't think buying bikinis is fun for anyone. No matter your shape or size the struggle of finding one that really suits your figure is hard. Whether it's a swimsuit, a bikini set or a tankini the different styles and fits are endless. It's been particularly hard for me because I fall into the DD+ category and you wont find my size in the majority of high street shops likes Primark, New Look, River Island or Topshop. So, they cost a bomb! For me, £50 is not okay to spend on a bikini I'll wear for a couple of days on holiday.
This summer sun is good while it's around and I thought I'd post my summer must haves before it rains again. It's now less than 1 month until I jet off and go on holiday and I'll be getting a few last things, as long as they're affordable! I thought I'd put together another affordable wishlist because I love inspiring myself, and hopefully my readers, to get a new season wardrobe, on a budget.
As you can probably tell from my YouTube videos, I'm trying to make my niche 'affordable fashion'. I've just finished being a sixth form student, but my hours have been cut at work and I'm starting university in September, so I'm making the #skintlife be the best it can be! I'm including 3 of my favourite brands for affordable fashion: New Look, ASOS and Primark.
Are you feeling really de-motivated at the moment? I've been de-motivated for what feels like such a long time. I think it's because I've been studying at sixth form and working in my current job for almost 2 years now and maybe I just need a bit of 'new' in my life. As I'm coming towards the end of sixth form, I'm determined to get some motivation back so here's 5 tips on how to motivate yourself, advice for you and for me I guess.
Everyone LOVES a parcel through the door. Even if you have to chase that damn parcel down the street because the delivery man didn't wait, it's still just as exciting. Now that unboxing hauls are becoming more and more popular the question is - are people loving online shopping way more than in store shopping?
3 ways to style one of summers must have colours, khaki. After sharing my styling tips on springs must have jacket, I thought I'd do another styling post again with three outfits to hopefully give you some style inspiration for the new season.
You can probably tell I haven't had much content on my blog recently and that's because I'm sharing a lot of my hauls over on my YouTube Channel. As we're into the new season (she says writing this whilst it's raining outside) I've been creating quite a few videos on my YouTube channel including some spring wardrobe essentials, unboxings and hauls! I'm hopefully sharing a new video this sunday so don't forget to subscribe!
All the SS16 jackets perfect for the new season, for every different style plus all your need to know discounts. I've just recently posted my 10 spring wardrobe essentials on my YouTube and I thought this would be a good follow up post, talking jackets only. There are so many jackets I'm loving for the new season and here are my top 10 favourites for any kind of style.
Ever since I found my new style, I feel like loads of posts and videos just came into my head and I feel totally inspired right now, far from bloggers block. So after really feeling my new style and confidence in clothes I felt like making everything I buy/own, more 'me'. This is also such a perfect post if you want to get in on some of the new SS16 trends but don't have enough money to buy all new.
I'm feeling very spring inspired so be prepared for plenty of spring themed posts coming your way this month. It's not just my clothes that are getting a refresh, it's my bedroom too. If you haven't yet seen it, I did a New Look Homeware Haul on my YouTube channel (and everything is under £10!).
So here's 5 simple ideas to get your home ready for spring.
Tips on how you can save before you splurge...
How is it even possible to be a shopaholic when your in education and in a part time job? It's not really. I don't remember the last time my wage lasted me the whole month, sad, but true. I've shopped until I dropped over the past year but I have learnt a few things that have helped me save some money, but it's not really saving if you get something else, is it? Let's call it getting more for your money...

For those who are on a budget, my under £15 must haves from New Look and ASOS will set you up for spring. I've already done a spring wishlist if you want to spend a little bit more but honestly most of them are around this price point because yep I'm on a budget too!
5 ways you can turn your Easter eggs into delicious desserts, because what's the fun in eating a boring chocolate egg?
The new spring/summer collections are coming and I can see my saved items filling up fast on websites such as ASOS, River Island and New Look so I thought it was a must that I did another payday wishlist.
Hopefully this gives you a bit of inspo for your spring/summer outfits but if you want more I've also done a post on 3 ways to style springs must have coat and how to find your personal style.
How long does it take to define your personal style? For me, a long time. It's been hard to find what works for me and what doesn't and accepting that I can't wear things that I might want to. I've had my blog for over a year and even though I'm into fashion and have been shopping every weekend since I can remember, somehow I've only just found my own style. Maybe it's because I wanted all the trends, or maybe it's because I wasn't really happy with me, but I'll save that for another post.
The mac/duster style jacket is EVERYWHERE at the moment and this post will show you three different ways to style it. You will have seen this Primark jacket for £23 in my Fashion Try On Haul and I'm so glad I purchased it; it's going to be perfect for my spring wardrobe.
Have you ever thought 'how the hell do you get a job when you need experience to be able to get a job!?' Hopefully this tips post will let you know how. Whether it's to support your university application, to get that apprenticeship, to help you get a full time job or even to get into a new area of work. Getting work experience will make you stand out from the crowd.
I've already done an advice post on 'how to get into uni' and if you want any more tips posts then comment suggestions below :)

So here's my 5 tips on getting work experience to further your career.
The low end and high end beauty products I'm loving so much I need to try out or re-buy. I tend to love simple, easy to use products that make a noticeable difference as I don't spend that much time/money on a beauty routine; I'm sure you all know I'm a clothes lover. Even though I'm no beauty blogger I like to do a few posts when I love a product because if I love it (and I'm so lazy with my make-up) then you might come to love it for a quick fix (yep I did a post on my top 5 beauty products for a quick fix not long a go).
The clothes I've been loving whether it's for the look, the ease of styling or just 'cause they're comfy! I'm rounding up February with 10 of my fashion faves. This month you've seen (or should definitely go have a look at) a February Fashion Haul on my YouTube and a 5 Pairs of Comfy Shoes post on my blog that include some of my favourites for the month. I'm showing you some new in bits a long with some oldies that never seem to step foot outside my wash basket!
''do I have to do a-levels to get into uni? because I really don't want to'' - this was me as I was coming towards the end of my GCSE's in year 11. Many people/teachers doubted the 2 90 credit BTEC diplomas I was about to do in sixth form, yet here I am a year later with 3 offers and 2 interviews from universities.
Want to know the best of ASOS under £25? I've put together my current favourites (obviously all of my saved items!) into a wishlist because while its payday for some I've still got a week to go - 5 week months I hate you. I've been loving ASOS recently and made a few purchases already which you can see in my February Fashion Try On Haul but I'll hopefully be making a few more purchases next week - unboxing video maybe!?

In a rush, running late or just can't be bothered? Here's five of my fave beauty products which are mega easy to use and will have you looking fleeky in no time. I'm no expert when it comes to make-up and I'm pretty lazy with it to be honest. I absolutely love to wear eye shadow and eye liner, but honestly, I just can't be bothered. Since I'm no beauty blogger, I thought I'd reach out to the people that just want a simple, easy to do make-up routine - nothing technical about it!
PS excuse the messiness of the products - I use them regularly!
It's all about collecting comfy shoes that don't compromise style. I'm not really a morning person when it's cold, if I'm completely honest, 4/5 week days I'm wearing uggs and a jumper. I dread nothing more than a 30 minute walk to sixth form at 8am in high heeled boots. As of late, I've been trying to get together some comfortable shoes which don't compromise style and are still wearable with most outfits. I'm showing you 5 of my favourites for comfyness from £10 - £47.
It's the 'little things' that I love on Valentines day. You don't need to spend hundreds to make valentines special, I've put together some of my favourite little gifts that would definitely put a smile on someones face.
Plus if you don't need to buy for anyone this valentines day why not treat yourself with some valentines discount? (details at the end of the post)
5 of the wardrobe staples you need in your life right now.
The new season collections are slowly creeping their way into stores and I thought I would round up my favourite pieces which I'm seeing literally everywhere at the moment. I'm talking all new in, but if you want to get some spring inspo from the sale, my recent outfit post is a must read. I'm loving a neutral palette a long with some bold stripes for spring, it just needs to get warmer so I'm not always wanting to wear huge jumpers and uggs!
Start your new season wardrobe with this bang on trend under £10 dress. So it might not be spring/summer weather but all of the new SS16 collections are coming into stores and it made me start shopping for my new season wardrobe. But why do you need to invest in the new collections? Hit the sales and you can find some really cheap pieces which are still perfect for your new season wardrobe!
I had to do an outfit post for this dress, it's SO cheap and almost fully in stock!

If you can't wait a few more days until pay day then I've got you covered with the best under £10 finds at the moment plus your need to know discounts for skint shopping! Just recently I booked my second holiday of the year and it really has dawned on me how much I'm going to have to cut back on shopping. I tend to buy sensibly (I'm always buying with discount) but this month I've gone mega cheap! I've even bought from Missguided which is always risky.
Whether you're aiming to lose weight, to tone up or to just get fitter, you should always look good in the gym! For someone who's fashion obsessed, new clothes are essential, even for the gym. I'm definitely not someone who is going to spend fortunes on gym wear but so many high street shops have introduced affordable sportswear ranges it's hard to say no! I'm one for sassy leggings, so you'll see lots of those.
You might have seen gym wear cropping in up in my 2 recent posts, '5 tips for staying organised in 2016' and 'new year, new in - what I got for Christmas'. So here's a little round up of my new gym wear.

Keeping on top of resolutions, sticking to goals & staying motivated in 2016!
Much like my 'What I Got For Christmas' post, I was debating even putting a New Years post up, because I thought it wouldn't be very useful. Then I realised I'd learned a lot in 2015 about how to be organised whether it was with money or just general life stuff. I've had my blog for a year now (crazy) and I've stuck to a few of my resolutions I mentioned in 2015, more towards the end of the year if I'm honest, but I guess it's better than not sticking to them at all.
Hopefully these tips will help you (and me!) stay motivated in 2016.
